Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team in a high‑automation production environment in the United States. You will oversee preventive, corrective, and urgent maintenance, drive reliability improvements, and manage daily operations to minimize downtime.

The role combines hands‑on maintenance 70% of the time with office duties 30%, requiring strong leadership, troubleshooting ability, and adherence to cgmp standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field and 4+ years leading others.
• Or in lieu of degree, 8+ years of experience with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems and leadership.
• Preferred CMMS experience and strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations for efficient workflow.
• Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage resources to optimize performance.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met across all tasks.
• Plan, track, and document work using CMMS; participate in project installations.
