Responsibilities

• Champion a Safety Culture using JCI tools and best practices, train employees on proper processes and safety.
• Drive improvements to metrics: safety, quality, on-time delivery, customer service, production cost and inventory management.
• Assign daily tasks and priorities to meet customer requirements; manage bottlenecks and capacity.
• Lead continuous improvement and root-cause analysis to resolve production issues.
• Coach and build teamwork; communicate goals and maintain morale on the manufacturing floor.
• Be flexible to overtime and shift changes; conduct team meetings with urgency to meet expectations.
• Operate ERP/Microsoft Office to look up production orders and update inventory and systems.
• Perform material handling, setup, and other departmental duties as required.
• Perform other assignments as directed by management.
