Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of a work team in fabrication and assembly to meet daily production schedules.
• Apply LEAN tools to measure and improve Key Business Drivers (VSM, SMED, 5S, TPM, Kaizen).
• Control costs within budget and minimize scrap and rework.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain production records.
