Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management, mission‑critical building systems, energy efficiency, and decarbonization, seeks a Production Lead to oversee safety, quality, productivity, and customer service within an assigned area.

The role requires leading change, coaching teams, coordinating with other departments, and using ERP software to track production orders, manage inventory, and support on-time delivery. Overtime or shift changes may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and participate in safety programs.
• Train employees on processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Drive metrics for safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost.
• Monitor scrap rates and productivity; work with Quality on issues.
• Assign daily tasks and manage priorities to meet customer needs.
