Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Or Associate degree plus 8+ years as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead production supervisors in the plant and coordinate production work.
• Maintain safety, quality, efficiency, scrap and production schedules.
• Train and develop production supervisors; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work practices on the plant floor.
