Job summary

The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, strong planning and leadership skills, and the ability to supervise 30–100 staff, with a focus on process discipline and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree from an accredited college and a minimum of two years' experience in a manufacturing related field with experience managing groups or teams.
• In the absence of an associate’s degree, a total of seven to ten years' experience in a manufacturing related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 30–100 employees in the Manufacturing department.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work; participates in hiring, training, and performance reviews.
