Qualifications

• University degree and 1 year minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years minimum experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct team workflow in fabrication dept to meet daily production schedules.
• Control costs within budget levels, minimize scrap and rework.
• Provide technical assistance for equipment malfunctions and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering on cost reduction and scheduling improvements.
• Maintain production records and ensure safety policies are followed.
