Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments, ensuring safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management.

In this role, you will lead multiple zones, manage staffing and labor costs, uphold safety standards, and collaborate closely with maintenance and office staff to meet daily production goals and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail; thrives in fast-paced settings and measures/communicates results.
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production goals through efficient processes.
• Exhibit leadership aligned with Crown Laundry culture and model respectful behavior.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Ensure safety by conducting monthly safety meetings and addressing violations.
• Communicate production targets and results via a Production Board and department meetings.
• Ensure production quality by documenting, teaching, and following formulas and processes.
