Qualifications

• 3+ years of production leadership experience in a related environment.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Solid understanding of production safety regulations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets with effective scheduling.
• Model Crown Laundry values and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to maintain production goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Ensure safety meetings are held monthly and address any violations promptly.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via boards and regular department meetings.
• Oversee documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy for the team.
