Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient operations across production, soil room and washroom departments. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training and daily targets while maintaining quality and cost controls.

You will lead with Crown Laundry culture, collaborate with maintenance, uphold safety, generate production reports, and assist in filling roles to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a related production environment, with lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Experience maintaining safety standards and production quality.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Exhibit leadership in Crown Laundry culture and listen to employees while upholding policies.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Work in collaboration with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Uphold safety by ensuring monthly safety committee meetings and addressing violations.
• Track and communicate production targets and achievements via a Production Board and regular department meetings.
• Responsible for ensuring production reports are completed correctly every day for supervised staff.
• Responsible for product quality by ensuring formulas and processes are documented, taught and followed.
• Handle administrative duties like generating reports and coordinating new hire paperwork.
