Qualifications

• At least 3 years production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen and excellent organizational skills.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; familiarity with production safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Schedule staff efficiently to control labor costs.
• Train employees and ensure quality and production standards.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Hold monthly safety committee meetings and address violations.
• Prepare production reports and communicate targets to staff.
