Qualifications

• 3+ years production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.

• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production goals through efficient processes.
• Exhibit leadership in Crown Laundry culture; listen to employees and model respect for policies.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to meet production goals.
• Work with maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Ensure safety by facilitating monthly safety committee meetings and addressing issues.
• Track and communicate production targets and achievements via a Production Board and department meetings.
