Qualifications

• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.

• Excellent collaboration with internal teams and departments.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production goals through efficient processes.
• Exhibit leadership aligned with Crown Laundry culture and policies.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Work with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Uphold safety by ensuring monthly safety topics are discussed and acted upon.
• Track and communicate production targets and achievements via a Production Board and department meetings.
• Ensure production reports are completed daily for the team.
• Ensure formulas and processes are documented, taught and followed.
• Handle administrative duties and timely report generation.
