Qualifications

• 3+ years production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead position.

• Familiarity with production safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet targets through efficient processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Uphold safety by supporting monthly safety committee meetings and addressing issues.
• Prepare and communicate production targets and results via reports and meetings.
