Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments.

You will manage staff, optimize staffing through scheduling, and control labor costs while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include leading multiple production areas, collaborating with maintenance, and driving daily/weekly goals through effective communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Exhibit sound leadership in Crown Laundry culture; listen to employees and model company policies.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Ensure safety by leading monthly safety topics and addressing issues promptly.
• Track production targets, communicate results, and prepare accurate daily production reports.
• Ensure product quality by documenting, teaching, and enforcing formulas and processes.
• Handle administrative duties and coordinate new hire paperwork with office staff.
