Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead role.
• Solid leadership acumen and the ability to manage staff effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets and ensure staffing and training.
• Model Crown Laundry culture by listening to employees and upholding company policies.
• Fill in for other positions as needed to achieve production goals.
• Work with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Hold safety committee meetings monthly and address safety issues with the Plant Manager.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via a Production Board and department meetings.
• Ensure production reports are completed accurately every day for supervised staff.
• Ensure formulas and processes are documented, taught, and followed.
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with office staff on paperwork.
