Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Promote Crown Laundry culture by listening to employees and upholding company policies.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Ensure safety by conducting monthly safety meetings and addressing violations promptly.
• Communicate production targets and results through a Production Board and department meetings.
• Ensure production reports are completed accurately for supervised staff.
• Document, teach, and enforce formulas and processes for product quality.
• Handle administrative duties and coordinate new hire paperwork with office staff.
