Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient operations and strong staff management across Production, Soil room, and Washroom areas.

You will lead scheduling, training, and performance with a focus on quality, cost control, and adherence to safety standards while collaborating with maintenance and office staff to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• At least 3 years Production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced settings and ability to measure/communicate results.
• Excellent collaboration with internal teams.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Exhibit sound leadership in concert with Crown Laundry culture and respect for policies.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Ensure safety by participating in monthly safety committee meetings and addressing violations.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via a Production Board; hold department meetings.
• Ensure production reports are completed accurately for supervised employees.
• Oversee product quality by documenting, teaching, and following formulas and processes.
• Handle administrative duties such as generating reports and coordinating new hire paperwork.
