Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing through effective scheduling and training.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Uphold safety by facilitating monthly safety committee meetings and addressing issues.
• Communicate production targets and results via visible boards and regular meetings.
• Complete production reports daily and manage administrative tasks as needed.
