Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments. This role focuses on safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management to meet daily and weekly goals.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and collaboration with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and continuous improvement across all production areas.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead role.
• Solid leadership acumen and ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork across departments.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Ensure adequate staffing via effective scheduling and manage labor costs.
• Train employees and uphold quality and production standards.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet goals with proper staffing and training.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Maintain safety by conducting monthly safety meetings and addressing violations.
• Prepare production reports and communicate targets and achievements to staff.
