Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals with efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets with proper staffing and training.
• Model Crown Laundry culture by listening to employees and upholding policies.
• Fill in and assist with other positions to meet production needs.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Ensure safety through monthly safety committee meetings and swift issue reporting to Plant Manager.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via Production Board; lead department meetings.
• Ensure production reports are completed daily for supervised staff.
• Ensure formulas/processes are documented, taught and followed for product quality.
• Handle administrative duties: generate reports and coordinate new hire paperwork with office.
