Job summary

You’ll stay up to date on products and processes, support peers, and contribute to an inclusive environment, while complying with store schedules that may include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
• Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
• Perform other tasks including customer service across store areas.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values in daily activities.
• Learn about accessibility and reasonable accommodations as part of the recruitment process.
