Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You’ll sell and deliver a customer service experience unique to Apple, asking questions to understand needs and tailoring recommendations accordingly.

You’ll stay informed about Apple products, services, purchase options, and store processes, while supporting peers with product knowledge and helping customers find ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends and holidays in retail.
