Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You’re dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unlike any other, asking questions to learn customer needs and customizing recommendations to enrich their lives.

Deliver excellent service by understanding needs, presenting products, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy.

Qualifications

Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays in the retail store.
You can demonstrate knowledge of Apple products and services.
You personalize solutions based on customer needs, and effectively communicate them.
You work in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time.
You work in a team environment, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members.
You are curious and open to learning from others and helping each other grow.
You learn about and deepen your understanding of Apple products and services, and third-party products, to enhance the customer experience.
