Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products through personalized customer service. You’ll understand customer needs, present products and services, and educate on purchase options to enrich customers’ lives.

You’ll stay current on Apple’s products and sales processes, support peers, and contribute to an inclusive store culture while delivering exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on store needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively.
• Works well in fast-paced environments and multi-customer scenarios.
• Team-oriented with shared responsibility and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Educate customers on purchase options and how to buy products.
• Stay up-to-date on Apple products, services and sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing product knowledge and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance, performing other tasks as needed in-store.
