Job summary

Ford Pro Fleet Success Team in Columbus, OH, seeks a driven professional to support fleet title and registration, onboarding, and feature training. You will analyze customer usage, coordinate with dealerships, and assist sales with product adoption.

You’ll contribute to customer education, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to commercial fleet clients.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the sales team.
• Ability to identify business needs and communicate them to product teams.
• Comfortable working without predefined responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who can think creatively and develop solutions.
• Ability to advocate for customer and business needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & support dealership and customer title and registration requests.
• Onboard customers on assigned product services and provide initial setup training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Help customers maximize value; monitor usage and train on underutilized functionality.
• Provide insights to the team on customer usage and feedback for improvements.
• Escalate concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and assist in creating sales/marketing material.
• Process title/registration transactions and vehicle moves; ensure correct billing.
