Job summary

Kin Insurance is building a unified, AI-powered quoting experience across home, auto, and related products. You will own the migration from legacy quoting to Kin’s multi-product platform, sequencing retirement of old systems while coordinating with engineering, sales, and operations.

You’ll enable agents and customers to customize quotes quickly across channels, acting as a true product leader. You’ll partner with PMs and cross-functional teams to ship capabilities at scale, drive improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with funnel/platform/API ownership.
• Experience modernizing platforms at scale.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity across teams and stakeholders.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture and data models.
• Experience building quoting or sales workflows across channels.
• Hands-on SQL and BI skills (Databricks, Looker).
• AI-forward approach to raise throughput and prototype ideas.
• Clear communication for technical and business audiences.
• Bonus: experience with AB testing or experimentation.
• Experience coding.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for migrating quoting and multi-channel capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ship from prototype to production.
• Manage dependencies and timelines across multiple teams; surface risks early.
• Improve quoting experience to reduce time to quote and friction to bind.
• Lead experiments in cross-channel quoting and define success metrics.
• Write precise specs for engineering to implement features with minimal back-and-forth.
• Build and scale AI-native workflows for the quoting experience.
