Job summary

Kin Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to turn a growing set of products into one seamless shopping experience. You’ll oversee transition of quoting onto Kin’s multi‑product platform, retiring legacy systems without disrupting teams or customers, and enabling quick, configurable quotes across channels.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations to ship high‑impact changes, set success metrics, and drive AI‑native workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product migrations or re-platforming at scale.
• Ability to channel ambiguity into clear roadmaps and specs.
• Experience with quoting, checkout, or sales workflows across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for migrating the current quoting foundation and customization of Kin’s multi-channel quoting capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to take quoting capabilities from prototype through production rollout.
• Orchestrate dependencies and timelines across multiple teams, surfacing risks and trade-offs early.
• Drive incremental improvements to the quoting experience that reduce time to quote and friction to bind.
• Lead experiments in customized and cross-channel quoting experiences with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Write precise specs to keep engineering aligned and minimize back-and-forth.
• Build and scale AI-native workflows for the quoting experience.
