Job summary

Kin Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to consolidate a growing set of products into a seamless, multi-channel quoting experience. You will lead the transition from legacy systems to Kin’s new platform, coordinating with engineering, design, and business leaders to retire old systems while preserving customer and agent workflows.

You will own the roadmap, drive experiments, and scale quoting improvements across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of a funnel, platform, API, or internal tooling product.
• Experience with platform modernization or re-platforming at scale, sequencing migrations.
• Comfort in ambiguity across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Technical fluency for architecture and data model discussions affecting reliability and compliance.
• Experience building quoting, checkout, or sales workflows spanning channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap to migrate the quoting foundation and customize multi-channel quoting.
• Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to move from prototype to production.
• Manage dependencies and timelines across tech and stakeholder teams; surface risks early.
• Drive improvements to quoting to reduce time-to-quote and friction to bind.
• Lead experiments with cross-channel quoting, set hypotheses and success metrics.
• Write precise specs for engineering to implement with minimal back-and-forth.
• Build and scale AI-native workflows for quoting experiences.
