Kin Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to consolidate a growing set of products into a seamless, multi‑product quoting experience. You will lead the transition from legacy quoting to Kin’s new platform, coordinating across engineering, design, and business stakeholders to retire old systems without disruption.

You’ll own roadmaps, run experiments, and build AI‑native workflows that speed up quotes and improve the customer and agent experience across channels and states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, owning a funnel/platform/API/IT tooling product.
• Experience with platform modernization or re-platforming at scale, sequencing migrations without disruption.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Technical fluency to contribute to architecture and data model conversations and understand impact on reliability and scalability.
• Experience building quoting, checkout, or sales workflows that span agent-assisted and self-serve channels and integrate with third-party platforms.
• Hands-on SQL and BI skills (e.g., Databricks, Looker) to size problems and scope improvements.
• An AI-forward approach using AI tools to raise throughput and prototype ideas quickly.
• Clear, concise communication with technical and business audiences.
• Bonus: experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
• Experience coding
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Segment, FullStory, Regal, or similar tools.
• Background in InsurTech or FinTech

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for migrating the current quoting foundation and customization of Kin’s multi-channel quoting capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to take quoting capabilities from prototype through production rollout.
• Orchestrate dependencies and timelines across multiple teams, surfacing risks and trade-offs early.
• Drive incremental improvements to the quoting experience for agents and customers to reduce time to quote and friction to bind.
• Lead experiments in customized and cross-channel quoting experiences with defined hypotheses and success metrics.
• Write specs and requirements precise enough for engineering to build features with minimal back-and-forth.
• Build and scale AI-native workflows for the quoting experience.
