Job summary

Kin Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to unify a growing set of insurance products into a seamless, multi‑channel quoting experience. You will lead the transition from legacy systems to Kin’s new platform, enabling agents and customers to quote quickly across channels.

You will own the roadmap, collaborate across engineering and business teams, and scale AI‑native workflows. This role emphasizes ownership, strategic impact, and delivering measurable improvements in lead‑to‑quote conversion

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with a funnel, platform, API, or internal tooling focus.
• Experience with platform modernization and sequencing migrations without disruption.
• Strong SQL and BI skills to size problems and scope improvements.
• Ability to write precise specs for engineers and drive cross‑team alignment.
• Background in InsurTech or FinTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for migrating quoting and Kin’s multi‑channel quoting platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to move from prototype to production.
• Coordinate dependencies and surface risks early across multiple teams.
• Improve quoting efficiency for agents and customers to reduce time to quote and bind.
• Lead experiments and define success metrics for cross‑channel quoting.
• Write detailed specs and drive AI‑native workflows in the quoting experience.
