Job summary

Kin Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to unify multiple products into a seamless, multi-channel quoting platform. You will lead the migration of the current quoting system and retirement of legacy tooling while preserving service to agents and homeowners across states.

You’ll collaborate with PMs, engineering, Sales and Operations to deliver fast, scalable quoting experiences and AI-powered workflows. The role emphasizes ownership, cross-team alignment, and a data-driven approach to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with funnel/platform/API ownership
• Experience with platform modernization or re-platforming at scale
• Comfort operating in ambiguity across multiple teams
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture and data models
• Experience building quoting, checkout, or sales workflows
• Hands-on SQL and BI (Databricks, Looker) skills
• AI-forward approach to improve throughput
• Clear, concise communication with technical and business audiences
• Bonus: experience with A/B testing or experimentation
• Experience coding and familiarity with related tools

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for migrating quoting foundation to Kin's new platform
• Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to move from prototype to production
• Manage dependencies and timelines across teams, surfacing risks
• Drive improvements to quoting experiences for agents and customers
• Lead experiments in cross-channel quoting, define hypotheses and metrics
• Write precise specs for engineering to implement features
• Build and scale AI-native workflows for quoting experience
