Job summary

Affim is building a consumer loyalty program from the ground up to drive ongoing engagement with the Affim Card. You will define earn mechanics, tiers, and redemption paths, and ensure surfaces across in-app, checkout, and post-purchase are compelling.

The role focuses on program economics, including funding mix and payback, and requires strong UX instincts and experience with experiments, attribution, and LTV. Remote-first with national scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks.
• Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program.
• History of launching products from scratch, not just optimizing existing ones.
• Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as primary metric.
• Comfortable building the financial model and defending reward cost and payback.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s consumer loyalty program, setting hypotheses, success metrics, and sequencing.
• Launch the first version of rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics, member benefits, redemption, and surfaces in-app and at checkout.
• Build engagement loops that drive recurring use and weekly engagement.
• Own program economics: reward liability, funding mix, interchange and incentives, and GMV payback.
• Set up measurement foundation for loyalty, including holdouts, incrementality testing and long-run LTV, tune earn/burn and tier thresholds.
• Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to design compliant rewards with clear disclosures.
• Align stakeholders across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing, leading embedded pods through ambiguity.
