Job summary

Affim is building a remote-first consumer loyalty program from scratch to reward repeat users and drive habitual engagement. You will own the loyalty roadmap, design earn/burn mechanics, and define policies that scale across app surfaces and checkout experiences.

You’ll partner with Risk, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, transparent rewards. Strong UX focus and ability to ship quickly with data-driven iterating are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks.
• Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program.
• History of launching products from scratch.
• Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric.
• Comfortable building the financial model and defending reward costs.
• Strong UX instincts and design sensibility.
• Fluency in experiment design and LTV measurement.
• Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with AI tools for research and prototyping.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s consumer loyalty program, setting hypotheses, success metrics, and sequencing across quarters.
• Launch the first version of rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics, member benefits, redemption, and surfaces across app and checkout.
• Build engagement loops that drive weekly use and loyalty.
• Own program economics: reward liability, funding mix, and incentives.
• Set up measurement foundation for loyalty and tune earn/burn rates based on data.
• Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to design compliant rewards.
• Align senior stakeholders and coordinate across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing.
