Job summary

Affim, a remote-first fintech company, is building a consumer loyalty program from scratch. You will own the vision, roadmap, and engagement loops to drive repeat usage and higher lifetime value across in-app, checkout, and post-purchase surfaces.

The role requires leading with data, building financial models for rewards, and partnering with Risk, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, transparent benefits. A Bachelor's in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, with consumer mobile apps/fintech experience.
• Built or scaled loyalty/rewards/engagement programs.
• Experience launching products from scratch, not just optimization.
• Owned repeat usage or retention as primary metric.
• Able to build and defend financial models for rewards costs.
• Strong UX instincts and design standards.
• Fluent in experiment design and LTV measurement; data chops (SQL/Amplitude).
• Experience shipping consumer financial or regulated products with Risk/Legal/Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim's consumer loyalty program and its hypotheses.
• Launch the first version of rewards and tiers across in-app, checkout, and post-purchase surfaces.
• Develop engagement loops to drive weekly usage.
• Manage program economics: rewards liability, funding mix, interchange, and GMV impact.
• Set up measurement foundations for loyalty and tune earn/burn and tier thresholds.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to ensure compliant disclosures.
• Coordinate with Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing, guiding embedded pods through ambiguity.
