Job summary

Affim is building a consumer loyalty program from scratch to reward and retain customers. You will own the vision, define earn/burn mechanics, and align cross-functional teams across product, design, risk, and marketing. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and rapid experimentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management for consumer mobile apps or fintech.
• Experience launching loyalty or engagement programs from scratch.
• Strong data chops with SQL/Amplitude and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s consumer loyalty program across quarters.
• Launch rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics and redemption across surfaces.
• Build engagement loops to drive repeat usage and weekly engagement.
• Manage program economics including liability, funding and incentives.
• Set up measurement foundations: LTV, incrementality testing, thresholds.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing.
