Job summary

Affim is seeking a product leader to own the consumer loyalty program from scratch, defining rewards, tiers, and earn mechanics. You will work across design, engineering, risk, legal, and marketing to deliver a compelling loyalty experience in-app, at checkout, and after purchase.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management in consumer mobile apps or fintech.
• Experience building loyalty/rewards programs (cards, tiers, benefits).
• History launching products from scratch, not just iterative improvements.
• Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as primary metric.
• Comfort building and defending a financial model for rewards and funding.
• Strong UX instincts and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s consumer loyalty program across quarters.
• Launch rewards, tiers, and redemption surfaces in app, checkout, and post-purchase.
• Build engagement loops to drive weekly usage and loyalty.
• Own program economics: liability, funding mix, and payback analysis.
• Set up measurement foundations and tune earn/burn and tier thresholds.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to ensure compliant, clear disclosures.
