Affim is building its consumer loyalty program from scratch. You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and rewards economics across in-app, checkout and post-purchase surfaces to drive repeat usage.

You’ll lead cross-functional pods, define earn/burn mechanics, and partner with Risk, Legal, Finance and Marketing to ensure compliant, transparent rewards. This remote-first role offers strong compensation and equity.

Formación

• 8+ years in Product Management
• Built or scaled a loyalty/reward program
• Experience launching products from scratch
• Owns repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric
• Comfort building the financial model and defend costs to leadership

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s consumer loyalty program
• Launch the first version of rewards and tiers across surfaces
• Build engagement loops to drive weekly use
• Own program economics: reward liability, funding mix, and GMV impact
• Set up measurement foundation including LTV and incrementality
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing
• Align stakeholders across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing
