Job summary

Linear is seeking an Account Executive to own a high‑impact pipeline and close deals with fast‑growing teams across North America. You’ll become a product expert, articulate value, and build relationships with key stakeholders inside customer accounts.

You’ll generate a strong pipeline, exceed quarterly targets, and advocate for customers by surfacing blockers to our product team. This remote-first role offers equity, benefits, and opportunities to travel for team off‑sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Experience selling to a technical audience.
• SaaS and startup experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and help customers use Linear effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase
• Generate a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly targets
• Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
• Be the voice of the customer; advocate for customers by surfacing product or adoption blockers to our product team
