You will collaborate across product, design, engineering, and data science to translate research into a clear roadmap while upholding privacy and fairness, delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, including ownership of vision and roadmap.
• Experience delivering AI/ML products into production for customer-facing experiences.
• Experience with personalization/use cases and experimentation with outcome measures.
• Ability to translate research and analytics into roadmap decisions balancing time, cost, and quality.
• Hands-on data fluency with SQL or Python and JPMorganChase-approved tools.
• Ability to guide cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed org.
• Experience defining and tracking measurable outcomes and delivery health.
• Ability writing product artifacts like epics and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product vision and strategy delivering value to customers and partners.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing/Servicing.
• Own the roadmap for a portfolio including recommendations, ranking, segmentation, and model lifecycle.
• Lead discovery and translate insights into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design hypotheses and run experiments to validate impact and outcomes.
• Partner with data scientists and ML engineers across the model lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Risk, Privacy, and Compliance on consent and governance.
• Define and track key performance indicators tied to engagement, quality, and outcomes.
• Champion API and event-driven delivery patterns on cloud infrastructure.
• Uphold responsible AI and data practices, including consent management and fairness.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and responsible innovation.
