Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Working knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Deliver customer-facing AI products with data science and engineering teams.
• Build data products for agentic assistants and integrate with channel teams.
• Deliver personalization and next-best-action for marketing/servicing using experiments and outcome measurement.
• Execute core product practices: discovery, requirements, and backlog management in Jira.
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to query data sets for analysis or requirements gathering (e.g., SQL, Python)

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities from user research.
• Plans upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall experience.
• Supports user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics across life cycle to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Defines memory/context usage with Channel/Interface teams and aligns on contracts and guardrails.
• Supports ML-powered personalization and next-best-action by framing hypotheses and experiments.
• Translates research into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria and manages backlogs.
• Coordinates with data scientists and engineers to ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Captures requirements for context/signals and tracks product metrics for API/event-driven architectures.
• Follows data privacy, consent, and fairness standards in collaboration with compliance.
