lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead at Branson Tanger Outlets to execute store product strategy, manage product operations and inventory, and lead inventory shifts on the floor and in back-of-house.

In this role you will supervise the team during shifts, participate in hiring decisions, deliver a world-class guest experience, and collaborate with store leadership to translate product strategy into actionable store operations.

Formación

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Leadership, mentoring, delegating or process implementation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and ensure accuracy per SOPs.
• Oversee product actions like pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor stock levels and share insights to support sell-through and availability.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Lead as Supervisor on Duty and deliver world-class guest experience.
