lululemon Woodburn Premium Outlet is seeking a Temporary Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, oversee inventory and back-of-house operations, and supervise shifts. You will align with leadership on inventory shifts, coach teammates, and ensure the floor and back-of-house are stocked and well-organized.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration with store leadership, and delivering a world-class guest experience during scheduled floor coverage.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and share insights to support sell-through and availability.
• Review daily data and metrics to inform actions and pricing strategies where relevant.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback, mentorship, and recognition to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
• When Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor and deliver technical product education.
