Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead for Shops at Blackstone Valley to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory shifts, supervise floor and BOH stock, and contribute to guest experiences as Supervisor on Duty when on shift.

The role requires collaboration with leadership, a focus on data-informed actions, and involvement in hiring and coaching to foster an inclusive, high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience or more.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing with SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to create a productive inventory shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily data to inform actions and recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coach team members for development.
