Job summary

Cast & Crew is hiring a Product Implementation Specialist to configure and implement our products for customers, including workflows, approvals, and account codes. You will work with Customer Success, Product Solutionists, and Payroll teams to onboard clients and support go‑live activities.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, testing configurations, and training end users, while maintaining clear communication and a proactive problem‑solving approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of generalized client solutions experience.
• Strong customer service and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to a diverse client base.
• Research, resolve, and respond to end-user issues during implementation.
• Document customer requirements and feature requests.
• Act as liaison between departments to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and support policies.
• Assist with user acceptance testing on projects.
• Learn and apply new knowledge quickly.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with self-motivated problem solving.
