• Implement ADP Technologies: analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver ADP solutions.
• Partner Internally: collaborate with sales and customer service teams and communicate priorities and issues.
• Multi-Task - Communicate: manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share information with clients and ADP teams.
• Organize: maintain a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls during peak periods.
