Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Customer Implementation Specialist to guide the prospect-to-customer transition, communicate go-live plans, collect critical data, and implement custom warehouse solutions to ensure operational success.

You will support the Customer Implementation Manager, coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients through onboarding and post-launch phases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer support or administrative/coordinator roles.
• 1+ year in project management or similar preferred.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the timeline and task management of new customer implementation from start to finish.
• Monitors and tracks project progress and provides updates to stakeholders.
• Manages onboarding tracker and coordinates cross-functional communication.
• Develops knowledge of business processes and operations.
• Ensures successful implementations by asking relevant questions.
• Coordinates communication among cross-functional groups and new clients.
• Monitors post-launch activities to ensure smooth transitions and compliance.
• Collaborates with teams to launch projects and drive operational success.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Customer Implementation Manager.
