Job summary

Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, LLC is seeking a Product Implementation Specialist to configure and implement Cast & Crew products for customers. You will handle customer workflows, approvals, form mappings, and account code setups, while guiding users through go-live and training.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product Solutions, and Payroll teams to onboard clients, perform testing, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of generalized experience in a client solutions environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer services and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to a diverse base of customers.
• Research, resolve, and respond to end-user issues during implementation.
• Document customer requirements and enhancement requests.
• Act as liaison between departments to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation and procedures and share knowledge with team.
• Assist with user acceptance testing on assigned projects.
• Apply knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
• Learn new product offerings quickly and independently.

Skills

5+ years client solutions experience

Strong customer service

Excellent written and oral comms

Education

GED or equivalent
