Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Product Guide III in Colorado to be the face of the brand. You will deliver intuitive, engaging experiences, driving loyalty and trust from our community as you guide customers from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

You will demonstrate deep product knowledge, support brand initiatives, and leverage CRM and POS tools to maximize leads and sales while upholding Rivian’s premium standards across all retail touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related fields.
• Must be 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage and educate customers with a positive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, orders, and NPS.
• Engage with customers to tailor experiences including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: demand and lead generation, product deep-dives, gear demos, and events.
• Maintain product/brand knowledge through ongoing training.
• Utilize POS and CRM tools to generate leads and enhance experience.
• Handle day-to-day ops: events, BOH, food/beverage support, displays.
• Uphold premium retail and vehicle presentation standards.
• Take on extra projects as needed by leadership.
