Rivian is seeking a Product Guide III in Katy to serve as the face of the brand, delivering intuitive and engaging experiences that inspire loyalty. You will lead interactions from initial engagement to vehicle delivery, ensuring customers are delighted and informed.

The role emphasizes brand expertise, POS/CRM proficiency, and a commitment to high standards of presentation and hospitality across Rivian locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, automotive, clean energy solutions, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers to create a positive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, orders influenced, and NPS/survey results.
• Engage with customers to tailor experiences including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: demand generation, product deep-dives, gear demos, and events.
• Maintain product knowledge; complete training and courses.
